Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various office tasks, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting established deadlines.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases, using data analysis tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Transportation, communication, and utilities sector.
