Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Office of the Worker Adviser.
About the Role:
- You will perform reception duties, respond to inquiries, and provide general information to clients.
- Maintain electronic and manual records, and assist with program delivery activities.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, while ensuring confidentiality and discretion in dealing with client information.
Requirements:
- Advanced oral French language skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and ability to interact with clients in crisis is required.
- You should be proficient in using computers and office software (e.g. Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
About You:
We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, able to work independently, and collaborates well with others. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer:
