Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Sterling Immigration Services Inc. As an integral part of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate records, statistics, and information related to client cases and internal processes.
  • Office Administration: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, oversee office procedures, and perform various clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Review and Evaluation: Assess new administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, organized, and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Working Conditions:
