Job Summary

We are offering a permanent, full-time opportunity for an Administrative Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to our establishment. This role involves implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and carrying out various administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure their effective operation
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies
  • Carry out administrative activities such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and maintenance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

This position requires on-site work at our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $72,000 based on a 35 to 40 hour workweek and an hourly wage of $35.00.
