Operational Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Operational Support Coordinator to join our team at East to West Leasing Ltd.

Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Customer Service: Answer electronic enquiries, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Languages: Fluency in English.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $40,000 per annum, plus benefits.
This is a full-time position, working on-site at our offices. The successful candidate will be required to work at our physical location, with no option to work remotely.
