About the Role

This role involves qualifying leads, developing them into selling opportunities, and closing sales. Meet or exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly by developing a robust sales pipeline through personal outreach, team collaboration, and management of outbound prospects. Navigating organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with decision-makers is also key.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads and develop them into selling opportunities and closed sales
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline through personal outreach, team collaboration, and management of outbound prospects
  • Navigate through organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with decision-makers
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Hubspot with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in recruitment sales or selling staffing services
  • PASSION FOR WORKING IN A FAST-PACED STARTUP ENVIRONMENT
  • Proven track record in developing new business and adding net new logos
  • A hunter mentality, coupled with strong sales acumen and eagerness to learn
  • LICENSED TO WORK IN TORONTO, CANADA
About the Salary

The salary range for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, with additional pay in the form of commission.
