HR Manager Job Summary

DeckMart Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. In this role, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee benefits programs, and support organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
  • Performance Management: Proficiency in designing and managing performance evaluation systems.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Development: Experience in managing change and driving organizational growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Benefits Administration: Knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health benefits and RSP matching plans.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership skills to manage and develop the HR team.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and systems.
  • Confidentiality and Ethics: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
