Human Resources Specialist

Kudos Workforce Inc. is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
