Human Resources Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Buzz Marketing Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
* Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs
* Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
* Establish and implement policies and procedures
* Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
* Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
* Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
* Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
* Respond to employee questions and complaints
* Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
* Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
* Provide customer service
* Recruit and hire staff
* Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Computer and Technology Requirements:
* Human resources software
* MS Excel
* MS Word
Work Environment:
The Human Resources Generalist will work in a fast-paced advertising, marketing, and public relations agency environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to employees and management.
