Dedicated Office Coordinator Role

PacWest is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of organization.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. The Administrative Assistant will work on a permanent basis with a 30-40 hour workweek. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
About the Role:- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or areas
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- A competitive salary ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 per year
