PacWest is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. The Administrative Assistant will work on a permanent basis with a 30-40 hour workweek. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or areas
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
