About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards for similar roles in the region. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events as required.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reports and Correspondence: Oversee the preparation of reports, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
