We are seeking a skilled Claims Examiner to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

This position involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide administrative support and claim examination services. As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for assessing claims, resolving issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess claims and determine eligibility for benefits
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills in English and French, as well as experience in administration and customer service. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $47,250 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic work environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible 8-hour shift between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
