About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement effective claims management strategies, driving innovation and excellence in decision-making processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key community partners, advocating for the organization's interests and values.
  • Collaborate with the executive team, Board of Directors, and external service providers to advance the organization's mission and goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to address complex administrative, operational, or policy issues, yielding tangible results and improved outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
