Senior Contract Administrator for Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As part of our Critical Infrastructure division, you will play a crucial role in the management of large construction and service subcontracts for various projects.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts to ensure cost and schedule compliance, as well as coordinating and administering pre and post award construction subcontracts. Additionally, they will lead claim mitigation, manage legal, regulatory, and commercial contract compliance, and perform site reviews to determine compliance with subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities- Manage contracts to ensure cost and schedule compliance
- Coordinate and administer pre and post award construction subcontracts
- Lead claim mitigation and manage legal, regulatory, and commercial contract compliance
- Perform site reviews to determine compliance with subcontracts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts administration within EPC/EPCM projects, preferably in transportation and infrastructure
- An undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying or recognized major project experience
- Familiarity with the formation of construction subcontracts, including support service, construction, design, and consultant agreements/contracts
- Advanced computer skills with emphasis on MS Office applications (Excel/Word), SharePoint, JDE, Aconex
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
