- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Google Docs.
- A competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
