Office Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Two Men And A Truck. As an integral part of our operations, this role will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining inventory. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and implement office procedures and routines that meet company standards.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Greet visitors, direct them to the correct contact or service area, and provide general assistance as needed.
- Type, proofread, and edit correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote work options.
- Proficiency in computer software and technology.
- Experience with MS Excel and MS Office applications.
