Global Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Development Specialist to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the British Columbia and Yukon regions. This role will focus on developing strategic relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase demand for ROCKWOOL products in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, and architects
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to track sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- 3-5 years of experience in building material sales or a related field
- Knowledge of commercial and residential building technology or construction
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
