About the Role

The Director, Global Brand Management is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing Arc'teryx's global brand strategy. This involves creating and communicating the brand's vision, values, and mission to internal and external stakeholders, as well as driving business growth through effective brand management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional brand leaders to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across markets
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and innovation
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to other business functions, including product design, merchandising, and sales
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the outdoor industry and Arc'teryx's market position
