Global Sales Director for Advanced Marine Sonar Solutions

Kongsberg Discovery is a leading technology company that offers innovative and reliable solutions for the marine industry. As a global sales director, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and shaping strategic initiatives to meet our targets and stay competitive.
Our sales team works closely with customers to provide them with state-of-the-art sonar solutions for various applications, including seabed inspection, pipeline survey, dredge monitoring, and more. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our IMO Sonar sales department and develop effective sales strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company effectively, preparing quotations, managing contract negotiations, and building customer relationships. They will also leverage external market representatives to expand our influence and participate in industry conferences to bolster our presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the global IMO Sonar sales department and develop sales strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Actively engage in sales efforts, representing the company effectively, and managing contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships for high satisfaction and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sales objectives.

Benefits include a salary range of $150,000 - $165,000 annually USD, depending on experience, as well as fully subsidized health and welfare benefits, a 5% employer match program, flexibility with paid time off, and a safe and collaborative culture.
