About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Wealthsimple. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with C-suite, VP, and Director level executives across various industries and geographies in Canada. Your primary goal will be to build a deep pipeline of potential customers through outbound efforts, events, and brand marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with senior-level executives at organizations with at least 1,000 Canadian employees.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential customers through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with industry partners, including technology partners, benefit brokers, and consultants.
  • Effectively manage and organize multiple opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Develop and execute a disciplined sales process to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Provide product, operations, and go-to-market feedback to the core Work team.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in an Account Executive role in large mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Proven track record of perseverance in the face of adversity.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
