The Impact You'll Make:

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Professional, you'll be actively involved in the management, retention, and growth of our current customer base. You'll work in a coordinated sales approach with your account teams, presales, and operational resources to drive new business and expand existing relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in overcoming business challenges by utilizing our resources, presales teams, and vendor partners.
  • Partner with the Account Executive to develop, manage, and maintain client accounts and relationships.
  • Manage customer relations on a face-to-face basis, taking ownership of software and hardware asset management.
  • Drive new business and expand existing business with a focus on asset management, vendor buying account growth, and partner services attach.
  • Contribute to the Account Executive's strategic plan and take ownership of account governance activities.
  • Train and coach new team members on the role and responsibilities of the Enterprise Account Manager.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of proactive account management experience within the Enterprise segment and a proven track record of success.
  • B2B technology sales experience required.
  • Solid business acumen with a strong understanding of Salesforce and sales funnel management.
  • Proven ability to pursue net new clients, develop business, and network with passion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
  • Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
