We are seeking a results-driven Event Sales Manager to drive sales and operational success within our events division. This role will be pivotal in identifying, developing, and managing event sales opportunities while creating memorable experiences for our clients and users.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for events.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and vendors.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure successful execution of all events.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
This is a 100% commission-only position, and your earnings will be based on the revenue generated from the events you sell and coordinate.
