Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our innovative company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area consisting of retail stores and direct/indirect carrier stores, building and maintaining strong relationships with store sales associates, and promoting and advocating products and brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver informal training events on product features and benefits within stores and markets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with retail store managers to drive sales for client brands
  • Manage sales and increase market share for stores within designated territories
  • Work with store management and team members to identify and execute opportunities to increase advocacy and sell products
  • Establish key points of contact for Store Managers and teams throughout assigned markets
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to optimize store visits and meet training objectives
  • Ensure product displays in stores meet planogram guidelines and devices function properly
  • Analyze sales and market data to provide consultation and correction for underperforming stores
  • Cultivate strong relationships with retail partner store and district field leadership to drive incremental sell-through for brands
  • Coordinate and lead formal and informal training events on product features and benefits within stores and markets

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • 5-8+ years of combined sales and/or retail sales experience in retail business and/or wireless preferred
  • Previous experience managing a territory and training in the retail space required
  • Passyionate about technology and consumer electronics
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity
  • Knowledgeable in analyzing sales and market data to provide consultation and correction for underperforming stores
  • Able to lift 20lbs
  • Access to a vehicle required
  • Valid driver's license required
