Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the mortgage broker marketplace.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
  • College or university degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and relationship-building.
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage market, including products, services, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.
