Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and human resources.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results.
What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
