We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Northeast Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Implement business development strategies for targeted territories
  • Analyze customers and set up action plans specific to their needs
  • Grow market share through our complete degree solutions
  • Strengthen team commitment towards common goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Optimize customer profitability through various initiatives
  • Develop strategies for new contracts and renewals
  • Resolve OHS challenges through consultative approaches

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with sales goals achievement
  • Passion for excellence, strong desire to succeed, and commitment to personal and professional development
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Salesforce, and MS Office
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a self-starting environment
  • Desire to grow as a leader within SPI
