We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Service Expert to join our team at Equitable CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a healthy work-life balance and a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, based on location and experience. The successful candidate will be required to work from their home office 100% of the time, with occasional in-person meetings at our office in Waterloo, ON.

Job Description

As a Bilingual Client Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service to internal and external clients, including responding to email inquiries and handling incoming telephone calls. You will also be required to be fluent in both French and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in both languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service to internal and external clients
  • Respond to email inquiries and handle incoming telephone calls

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a phone-based client care/service role
  • Previous experience in an insurance company, or a related medical field
  • Superior interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external clients
  • Excellent listening skills to facilitate positive outcomes with inquiries and irate callers
  • Ability to handle high stress levels in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
