As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while also ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and maintaining client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries in both official languages
  • Facilitate online registration, password resets, and account deactivation
  • Collaborate with peers across the organization to deliver a superior client experience
Requirements
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Front-line experience within a contact center environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent is considered an asset
  • Sales experience within the financial services industry
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, where you can grow and develop your skills.
