Job Description

We are seeking a Client Service Advisor to join the Parliamentary Precinct Operations team in creating a pool of potential candidates for this role.

In this position, you will act as a single point of contact for clients on financial service requirements, such as broker services, accounting operations, budget reviews, and travel point balances. You will also serve as an expert interface in resolving requests and escalating concerns to other areas when necessary.

You will monitor trends, collaborate with Financial Services stakeholders, and provide proactive advisory services to clients. Your goal will be to support clients in achieving their expectations and objectives while ensuring effective stewardship of the House's financial resources.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

Education: A completed post-secondary education from a recognized institution in finance, commerce, or business administration OR an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in serving clients and working in a contact centre environment, with experience in providing advice to high-profile clients, evaluating and analyzing information, reviewing various types of requests, working and communicating with partners, and explaining policies, processes, and procedures.

Assets: Experience providing financial advice and using an Integrated Financial System would be beneficial.
