What You Will Do:
In this role, you will handle incoming telephone calls, respond to email inquiries, and work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by participating in training programs and collaborating with subject matter experts. Your fluency in both French and English will enable you to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, while your excellent interpersonal skills will help you manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With your ability to handle high-stress levels and think critically, you will excel in our fast-paced production environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in phone-based client care or service, preferably in an insurance company or related medical field. Your superior communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
