About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Care Centre, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service to internal and external clients. You will take ownership of effectively resolving life and critical illness insurance related inquiries using your knowledge of our products and demonstrating your expertise and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in both French and English, as well as previous experience in a phone-based client care/service role. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle high stress levels in a fast-paced production environment are essential for success in this position.
