Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Constellation HomeBuilder Systems in Markham, ON. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a strong "hunter" mentality to excel in the homebuilding industry.
About the Company: Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is the leading software vendor exclusively focused on the homebuilding industry. Our comprehensive suite of homebuilding software solutions ranges from production and accounting to new home sales and marketing, home warranty, and service, as well as home builder website solutions.
About the Position: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, provide product demonstrations tailored to their needs, identify and close sales opportunities, participate in industry events, and engage stakeholders at multiple levels within client and prospective customer organizations.
- Revenue Generation: Acquire existing clients and new customers in a given territory, driving revenue growth through targeted sales efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Establish regular productive meetings with targeted clients and prospects to communicate product/company developments and respond to changes in their business.
- Sales Opportunity Identification: Identify potential sales opportunities for new products and modules through regular phone calls and client/prospect visits.
- Professional Image: Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image among prospects.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and collect required data to measure their effectiveness.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage professional sales cycles and coordinate with other subject matter experts to ensure sales success.
- Performance Objectives: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual personal and team sales objectives.
About You: To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or college diploma, 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of generating and closing deals over $100k, and previous experience in construction, software, or real estate industries is an asset. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work well within guidelines while being creative.
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $60,000. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Full-time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long-term disability, and 401(k) participation (with company match). We offer 10 days of vacation, sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays, and 2 personal holidays per year.
