About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Regional Sales Director to join our team at ROSS. This role will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in achieving exceptional sales performance and exceeding revenue targets.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, with a proven track record of success in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key clients and partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • 4+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • BA/BS in a business or technical field, from an accredited college or university
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also offer a bonus structure that rewards individual and team performance.
