We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing relationships in the homebuilder industry.

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions
  • Promote our comprehensive suite of homebuilding software solutions to maximize market penetration

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of generating and closing deals over $100k
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of accounting and construction software systems is an asset
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated base salary range for this role is $60,000. Additional compensation may be available through our commission plan. Full-time employees are also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, and 401(k) participation with company match.
