Estimated Salary: $19.00 - $23.00/hour


Job Description:

This role supports the client service and operations department in providing exceptional support to clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare service work orders, process subcontractor invoices, and verify customer pricing for materials and labor
  • Final check of all work orders for data accuracy, status, and proper customer PO information
  • Update and verify D365 service alerts for client pricing and other client-specific information
  • Review technician notes to verify all materials noted as being used match materials being billed to the client on the work order
  • Support for client services and operational departments, assisting with presentations and document preparation for customer-facing documents
  • Follow D365 company and department procedures
  • Responsible for all calls with a system status from Work Complete through Complete – Ready to invoice
  • Coordinate with Client Service Representatives and operational leadership to assist customers with billing and/or invoice revisions

  • Represent Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfaction
  • Available to work outside of or in addition to normal business hours
  • Work in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures, including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times
  • Maintain and protect assigned Company assets
  • Accurate written record keeping, submitted on time and complete, including but not limited to:

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience with general administrative duties in an office environment.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 1 year of experience in customer service
  • BASIC ACCOUNTING AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE KNOWLEDGE
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized business systems as demonstrated by a minimum of 1 year of experience

  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate (i.e., see, hear, speak, and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment
