Process Improvement Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Process Improvement Senior Manager to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic vision, developing close relationships with stakeholders, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. As a senior leader, you will analyze metrics, review process compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of process requirements and drive strategic decision-making.
- Process Analysis: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and document process improvements, ensuring technical and business requirements are met.
- Leadership Development: Foster people and non-people leadership skills, enabling high-performing teams to achieve their goals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop KPIs, metrics, and analyze data to inform process compliance and improvement opportunities.
- Experience: 8 years in a technical domain such as software development, system administration, or process engineering.
- Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of software development and operations methodologies (Agile, DevOps, System Reliability Engineering).
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with major process analysis techniques (Value Stream Mapping, SixSigma, Hierarchical Task Analysis).
- Languages: Fluency in English is a must; Spanish is an asset.
- Degree: Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or technical equivalent.
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
