Lead Process Improvement Specialist

About the JobThis full-time role is for an experienced Process Manager, who will work within an agile environment, collaborating with extended teams across the enterprise to manage and improve processes. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure we meet regulatory commitments and continuously improve, focusing on customer-centric values.
Responsibilities- Work with cross-functional teams to map out business processes, identify and mitigate risks, and establish controls and solutions.
- Proactively identify and lead issue resolution when breakdowns occur, using process management techniques and tools like Visual Management, Business Process Management, root cause analysis, and Lean.
- Monitor Key Results and Critical to Quality Metrics, sharing performance insights with stakeholders and adjusting your roadmap as necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, operations management).
- At least 4 years of experience working in process management, risk management, continuous improvement, or project management roles.
- Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
