About This Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager - Process Excellence to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in process improvement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of business processes by defining and implementing process improvement agendas, driving efficiencies, and using data to create better experiences for our customers.
  • Leverage your process knowledge and stakeholder collaboration to measurably improve outcomes by helping to launch exciting projects such as new product, digital features, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including our agile software studio and data scientist team, to develop and execute effective and efficient processes.
  • Apply leadership skills, such as communication and change management, to help drive key priorities like product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use a variety of techniques and tools to define, manage, and improve processes, like Visual Management, Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational procedures and ensure documentation is relevant and updated.
  • Develop and perform quality assurance routines, controls, and monitoring to measure and analyze process performance on existing processes.
Requirements
  • Recent graduates from (less than 1 year) an undergraduate degree or graduates of Masters' programs from an accredited Canadian University.
  • Students graduating December 2024-Spring 2025.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in problem-solving.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and superior analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools & methodology.
  • Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience working and collaborating in teams.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
