Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our extended enterprise teams, you'll be responsible for managing and improving processes to ensure we meet our regulatory commitments and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement structured approaches to problem-solving, focused on defining problems and solutions based on data.
  • Establish practices to manage day-to-day activities related to your processes.
  • Monitor Key Results and share performance insights with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience working in process management or related fields
  • Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
  • Experience working in an Agile workplace environment

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year
