Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Process Improvement and Efficiency Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing workflows and improving productivity. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze processes and develop recommendations for improvement.
  2. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and encourage employees to participate in Kaizen activities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and measure their impact.
  4. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to support efficient operations.
  5. Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean and Kaizen principles.
  6. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably with a focus on Kaizen and Lean management.
  • Strong knowledge of Kaizen and Lean principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including supervisors, production managers, and operations staff.
What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary, which ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
