About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team at ONKAR LADHAR. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week in English.

The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support office operations.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including storing, updating, and retrieving financial data.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
  • File material in storage areas and label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Locate and remove files requested by staff members.
  • Organize and schedule office work to meet deadlines and priorities.
What We Offer
