About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Manage our calendar, schedule meetings, and book travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases.
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support.
