Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including policy administration and records management.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, such as facilities, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Degree or certification in a related field (e.g., business administration).
