About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Administrator to join our team at Work Plus Recruitment Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Evaluate work priorities, develop procedures, and implement deadlines to maintain high productivity levels.
  • Perform administrative duties for the establishment, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, such as relocation, parking, and security services.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems.
  • Oversight of office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively and professionally.
Technical Requirements
  • Familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word.
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, based on national averages. The job involves working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
