Administrative Professional with Office Management Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Bajwa Developments as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
About the RoleThe Office Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
In addition, the successful candidate will assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will also perform data entry, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require strong computer and technology knowledge, including proficiency in spreadsheets, MS Office, and MS Outlook. You must also be able to work under pressure, manage your time effectively, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Compensation PackageWe estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
