Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Specialist to join our local team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing solutions that meet their needs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and balance risk on customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation
  • Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in using technology required for the role, including CRM systems and software
