The Head of Business Development and Client Success for SkillsWave is responsible for driving business growth and client success through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the corporate learning and development market, as well as experience in sales, marketing, and client success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Lead a team of sales and client success professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client success in the corporate learning and development space.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and client success through strategic planning and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the corporate learning and development market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
At D2L, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000-$200,000 USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
