Job Summary

The Head of Business Development and Client Success for SkillsWave is responsible for driving business growth and client success through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the corporate learning and development market, as well as experience in sales, marketing, and client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Lead a team of sales and client success professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client success in the corporate learning and development space.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and client success through strategic planning and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate learning and development market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
