The Head of Business Development and Client Success is responsible for driving revenue growth and client adoption through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and client adoption
- Lead a team of sales and client success professionals to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and client loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align messaging and activities with business objectives
- Develop and implement sales processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- 10+ years of business development or equivalent experience with 5+ years of progressive leadership roles in enterprise-level sales in the corporate learning space
- Direct evidence of closing large enterprise-wide deals in short timeframes
- Experience running BDR teams and managing clients within the field of education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
