- Lead a team of sales and client success professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and implement sales processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales and client success team members.
- 10+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
