We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development and Client Success Leader to join our team at D2L. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead a team of sales and client success professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales and client success team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
