About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Directors, handling tasks related to team development and coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to anticipate needs. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, comfortable with clerical tasks, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage schedules, business trips, and expense accounts.
  • Prepare presentations, conferences, and other materials.
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-ups with teams.
  • Support business development and maintain files.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including document preparation and translation.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as an assistant or coordinator in a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and iWork (Keynote).
  • Knowledge of AI and/or interest in the field.
